Cancellation
In the case of individual bookings, the booking can be cancelled free of charge up to one week before the scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellations within 6-0 days 50% of the full price will be charged.
In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 50% of the room price is required as a deposit, payable at the time of booking. The balance (exept the city tax) is 14 days prior to arrival or upon arrival in cash or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard). The city tax has to pay at the moment of the check-in in cash or by credit card. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 61 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation within 60-8 days 50% of the total price will be charged. In case of cancellation within 7-0 days 100% of the total price will be charged.
In the case of student groups, a security deposit of 10 euros per person is required to be paid on arrival to cover any damages. The deposit will be returned on departure.
