For our guests arriving by car we have – albeit in limited numbers – parking spaces available for a daily fee of € 7/car. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance of any requests you may have in this regard. Parking spaces for tourist coaches are only available at the Casa di Santo Stefano (Via del Casaletto, 481 – 00151 Rome), at a daily rate of € 30/coach.
Driving permits for tourist coaches
Tourist coaches from outside Rome are required to register and purchase a circulation permit as soon as they have passed the ring road in the direction of the city centre. Please note that day permits are only issued in limited numbers, so we recommend that you register and book permits online well in advance. In the case of online transactions, the relative rates are more favourable.
Rome is divided into several zones (A-B-C), and as you move towards the centre, traffic conditions become more and more strict and permit fees increase. Please note that parking is only permitted at designated parking spaces. Reserved parking spaces for tourists moving into the city centre (zone C) must be reserved in advance.
St. Stephen’s House is located in zone A, i.e. basic rate, and parking is permitted in the garden of the building itself.
